Pam Switzer is in the business of
helping sales managers in health care companies to recognize and coach effective
selling behaviors in their people. In a marketplace where finding, getting and
keeping the right people is uppermost in all manager’s minds, Pam provides the
processes and tools to help the sales manager to grow their business through
developing sales effectiveness in their reps.
Pam helps medical sales people win more
deals by focusing their selling efforts on the deals that are most likely to
close, for the most money, with buyers who see the need to take action and have
the authority to do so.
Pam does this better than anyone else in
the industry because she has walked in your shoes—and still does. She rides a
long with medical reps several times a month, interviews executives from
hospitals and long term care facilities in Canada and the US and works with some
of the best and brightest sales managers in the medical industry.
Working in medical sales since the
1980’s, Pam has worked with small and large medical sales organizations such as
Johnson and Johnson, Guidant, Bayer Diagnostics, Abbott, Bristol Myers Squibb,
and Hospira, to name a few.
